Not resolved

As of right now, my elderly, disabled and non-English speaking parents are still stuck in Chicago in route to Fresno, Ca. They showed up yesterday to the airport as scheduled to be told that their returning home flights were canceled and had no reservations since they missed their flight from Chicago to Wausau, WI on 11/23/14, which was not even my parents fault when AA decided they were not going to fly out.

Now my parents are being tossed and declined every corner they turn and told, no, you didn't do this or that. What the heck? They are in the 70's and do not speak English. To make the long and insane story short, bottom line is that the service my parents received from AA was inhumane, down grading and trying to take advantage of these elderly people thinking since they don't speak or understand any English, their seats can be sold to someone else who is dumb enough to pay extra.

This is inhumane and insane.

I will never recommend anyone to fly with AA again.

I didn't like: Complete nightmare, Customer relations, Agents not telling truth, Rude attendant.
