I am going to allow American Airlines a second opportunity to show compassion regarding my situation before I give details regarding my trip to Punta Cana. Please stay tuned regarding my nightmare!

After 2.5 to 3hrs on the phone, 1 to 1.5 hours of trying to correct a ticket issue, and a missed wedding, very poor response from American Airlines customer support. Again I will allow a second opportunity to show sincerity and compassion regarding this issue. Awaiting the second attempt before I share this very very terrible day of travel.

The first response to my email in my opinion as well as many others very poor. I normally don't post issues like this, however this issue was so reduce loud and the response received was in poor taste, I have to share this with others.

Monetary Loss: $3000.
