Arrived home from a fight from London. 1of our 2 bags arrived.
When we went to the desk, we were advised that the bag was scheduled to arrive the following day from another London flight. We then noticed that about 20 or more people were being advised of the same.
We were then advised that the bag would be delivered to our home. The flight it was on arrived today at 1:15 PM. It is now after 6 PM and the bag has not been delivered.
I was just advised that the bag was picked up by the “service”and that I could check another website for the status of delivery.
I would not have flown American but the flight was booked for us.
This is just one of the many reasons that I do NOT fly American anymore. This is unacceptable.
