the bag that we lost in Miami luggage terminal had a lot of gifts and all my personal items. I not to happy that I lost all of that.
there was a lot of money spend on those gifts. I had to go and buy all personal items

I travel in December 2015 to January 2016. The trip from Boston to Miami and Miami to Barranquilla, SA and it the worst trip ever.
The same coming back Barranquilla to Miami and Miami to Boston. I would not recommend this airline to may one. We were rushed and we lost a bag at the luggage terminal. I called and left many messages and no one called me.
I flight every year and never had a problem before with other airlines. I am not to happy with this airline.
Something should be done about this. Very, Very disappointed
