My family voluntarily gave up our seats for travel vouchers and the promise of a hotel room.When we checked into the hotel it was out of date and the room only had one bed for 3 of us.
No couch, no roll away available. My son had to sleep on the floor as their were no more beds. I sent a complaint to the airline and their customer service department and their reply expressed their regret I was upset and then explained they book hotels that they have a good working relationship with.
No apology and no offer of further compensation.I guess they think the floor is ok.
