The page to leave comments said this page has "temporarily taken flight" No way to contact. The plane leaving Ontario, CA on 2-27-18 was late.

The agents said they would try to re-book as many people as possible would be able to connect with their final destination since the plane that was 2 hours and 30 minutes late would cause many people to miss their connections, The gate agent who is was told by another agent was named "Carol" left the gate and went down to talk to the men changing the tire on the plane. There were many people standing in line while one elderly gate agent tried to make other connections for the many paying passengers who were trying to reconnect. She said she had to ask the pilot when the plane was leaving. That wasn't true, it didn't make any difference when the plane left.

She just didn't want to deal with the passengers and trying to re-book them. American has an agent who is uncaring and simply lazy.
