American airlines is the worst airline ever from customer service to flight. When traveling to cancun the delay my flight for 8 hours i lost a whole day at the resort when travelling back home the cancel my flight for 1 day when i call customer service nobody is there to answer they call me back in 2 hrs finally i spoke to someone from customer service he was more angry than me when i ask if they are going to put me in hotel for the night the *** told me aa is not in the hotel business and hang the phone up i had to pay for the hotel out of my pocket aa buzz kill my whole vacation and there is nothing i can do about it so please spend a couple a buck's more and travel with a better airline it will worth it in the long run.
American Airlines Cons: Customer service flight cancelation, Treatment and rebooking when canceled.
