American Airlines - AA lost my bags and the reimbursement offer is very low. Help!
They offered $200 for a bag that had way more value than that. I'm struggling to figure out how to prove the value and get a fair settlement.

I was never reimbursed for hotel, parking or meals after almost two and a Hal’s days of being stuck in a city with two young children, constant cancellation of the same flights over a thunderstorm. I wrote to them several times with documents. They just sending duplicate pre-factored letters. They knew they never intended to reimburse. How many customers have they stiffed like this? I had over 300k in travel miles with this airline alone and was a loyal traveler, but after this I no longer travel as loyalty customer with this airline. They DO NOT honor their commitments or customers. Amy C
