The flight from New York to Charlotte was delayed more than 2 and a half hours. I also had my pet with me.

Due to the flight being delayed so much I missed my connecting flights. Then I talked to the lady of American Airlines who was extremely rude and gave me the next flight at 7:25 pm which is ridiculous. I was suppose to be at my final destination which was Peoria (PIA Airport) at 12:00 pm but I sat on the Charlotte airport for around 10 hours with a pet. This was a very ridiculous service.

I gave around $125 for my pet which they didn't deserve it one bit.

And my little kitty vomitted and got sick due to being on the airport for so many hours. I'm very unsatisfied with their poor service.
