Scheduled 7 weeks in advance- 1st flight cancelled at 11 pm for the following night.Multiple flights left the next day.
rescheduled flight was then cancelled the next day at noon because or plane would not be in on time. We are now on our 3rd rescheduled flight. We were to have a direct flight we now are to have a 3 hour lay over. Planned this 7 weeks in advance to visit our daughter for 7 days we are now down to 5.
American cares about money that is it they have no regard for their customers. They are a pathetic joke. We will never fly with them again. This is just one of many issues my family has had with them.
Lost luggage, missed connecting flights, cancelled connecting flights, destroyed suit cases.
People deal with their *** because of their low prices, god knows we did.Think about this if they service their customers this poorly how do they service their planes.
