Frontier, Delta and American Airlines were all fined for under reporting complaints and baggage issues.AA promised me a hotel room for leaving me stranded half way to my destination.

Customer service desk told the same crowd they were out of hotel coupons but we could go the web site and get reimbursed. Funny thing, the refund tab on the web site is disabled and the FAQ page goes to this below All the close hotel rooms were booked. My prepaid suite in Bermuda went empty. Why ? What was the price of your ticket ?

How many in your party ?

Did you eventually arrive at your destination ?How ?

I can't be sympathetic until I understand the entire situation.
