We purchased a ticket for a grand kid to come to Yuma Arizona from Oakland California the ticket was about 75 but the insurance was 21.??. Which we thought was extremely high for the cost of the ticket. The boy had never been in an airplane (34 years old) so we knew he would be nervous. Just on the long shot that those things would enter in and the younger never seem to get it all together at the same time anyway. Bought the ticket paid the insurance and sure enough he came up with a dandy he has to go to court. Called American Airlines was then told to call insurance company. They said we had to fill our forms send them to Oakland to the grand kid get his signature and then forward those back and they would determine if we were eligible to receive refund. If Obama would have had to go through this we would have already passed Hillary and working on destroying the rest of the country. Next time I buy a ticket there will be no Insurance (we know this is history.... will never see refund) and it certainly will not be American Airlines.
