American Airlines - Fraudulent and Unethical Company

I have never had a worse experience than with American Airlines and I fly internationally all the time. First, they completely cancel my original return flight and move it to an airport that I would need a flight to get to because they cancelled all flights for that entire day at my original airport that I booked.

I then received a voucher to use to help compensate for me having to add additional days to this planned trip because of their flight cancellation. When I used this voucher on a different trip, they then cancelled my original trip saying it was a ticket exchange and not a voucher, which is 1000% false! I spent 7 hours with customer service talking to agents, supervisors, and customer relations trying to get them to correct their error. They refused and then made me pay for my tickets for a second time at twice the rate of what I paid originally because they cancelled my original tickets less than a month before my trip.

I understand people make mistakes, but saying there's nothing you can do because somebody entered a voucher code in wrong is both unethical and fraudulent.

Never ever use Airline Airline if you can avoid it as they have absolutely no regard for their customers. To compensate me for over $3,000 in additional costs I am facing directly because of them, they credited me 2,500 miles.
