On July 23, 2018 I flew from Charlotte, NC to Buffalo, NY - sorry I no longer have the flight number, but I'm sure you do. I would assume you could trace it from my name and phone number below.

There was a male flight attendant who spoke very broken English (think he was French). In any case, it was a very heavy accent. He also spoke very fast and it was impossible to understand what he was saying above the noise of the engines, passengers, etc. It did not appear that anyone cared the passengers could not understand.

I would think you would want your passengers to be able to fully understand safety instructions.

I'm only telling this to hopefully keep other passengers from having this same, disappointing experience.
