Thank goodness we arrived at the airport 4:30am in order to board our 6:30am flight, which didn't happen. We were bounced around to two gates and then finally had to take the train back to another gate.
Not one employee seemed to know which gate we needed to be at and I got swollen ankles because of all the walking. Then we were delayed one hour because the airplane had too much fuel? Come on!! that sounds ridiculous.
The flight attendants didn't give us emergency instructions.
One flight attendant informed the passengers sitting by the emergency exits to read the card instead of explaining how to open them. After being the bumpiest ride ever, we finally arrive and the flight attendant says that they did not have the baggage claim area number to pick up our luggage.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
