First I could not print the ticket from Dallas to Lima. I asked a manager at the counter and he told me they were unable.

I called AA customer service and they could not either. With only 1:20 hour to board the Lima flight without having even the gate information was really stressful. On my way back from Lima, the flight to Dallas got delayed 2 times, neither of those was I notified, I found out by checking the website. Both times I had to call and reschedule the flight from Dallas to Austin.

At Lima the check in took 2 hours even though I arrived early ( at 4:45 am ) for a 9 am flight. Finally the plane got delayed until 10 am and after boarding it took half an hour to depart. Due to that I missed my 5:45 pm connection flight and now I have to wait until 9pm. On top of that the flight attendants o.

The flight from Lima to Dallas were pretty rude.

To be honest I had the worst experience ever. It is really appalling for a customer to have to go thru that lack of concern.
