Plane had a bad auto pilot, I understand that...but why then have my 70-year old mother have to collect her luggage, get in a line for two and a half hours, not put her on an other airline at the airport, but taxi her an hour and a half to another airport to get her home seven hours late? No water, no assist for her having to stand with no water for three hours while in line.
WHAT A JOKE! Oh, and then no compensation for the *** they put her through.
Epic fail, American. Guess platinum status doesn't get you very far any more.
If there an airline I can move my business to that actually believes in customer service????
