American Airlines - Customer abuse

I sent American Airlines an email detailing the mistreatment. They responded with a form letter saying they were sorry. They made no mention of fixing the problem in the future. Their response boiled down to (1) we are sorry we treated you poorly, (2) please flynwith us again so we can treat each our poorly again. No thanks
