aa should be ashamed of its airline! horrible customer service! If your late for your connecting flight because of their fault they give you the food wowcher for 12$ or 7$ which when you order food at the hotel you still have to add more money because they money credit they give you it's just not enough! worst airline in US!

Flights have delays all the time. If you don't plan for this when flying and can't handle the delays, then I suggest you drive.
