We were charged twice for baggage. $40 at the kiosk and $100 at the check baggage area. I’ve spoken to multiple employees who told me that should not have happened but I’d need to get ahold of someone else for the $30 refund.

American Airlines - Worst service ever

American Airlines delayed our flight(& gave us no reason) Got us here 3hrs late(12am) didn’t give us dinner vouchers. Made us collect our bags and then when we arrived in the morning, you told us we would have to pay again because we didn’t check them in 12hrs in advance.. YOU WERE THE ONES THAT GOT US HERE LATE, SO WE COULDN’T CHECK THEM IN 12hrs PRIOR!! We had to pay another $60 and no one has been able to help us get our money back. I will not be traveling with American Again & they are definitely not 5 star!!!!!! Worst service from any airline I’ve traveled on.

I bought I flight when the extra luggage to Brazil cost 85,00 dolars, when I arrived at the airport they made me pay 150,00 because they said it changed on February 1st . Even when I showed my ticket with 85,00 shown . Lady at check in and manager at San Diego where very unpolite and they really don’t care about customers .

They should rename their company North Korean air lines.I lost 3/4 of my luggage when I arrived to my destination.Every tome I call It is a different song and dance.I need to replace my winter clothes.I came from FL-NC-OHIO. Then you should have flown those airlines rather than agree to the terms of service for this one. No one at airline A cares what airline B does.

It's not that hard to book a flight.

All you have to do is:

Understand what you're agreeing to-ask questions

PAY for what want(e.g. sit together etc.)

Understand what you're agreeing to-Ask questions Don't think that you can go into your act at the airport after not following the above.

You started your comments by saying you were told to board last because you have no group on your boarding pass / then you include you boarded with group 7 ( there is a group 8 and 9) carry on concerns / mainline has spoiled flyers, on regional flight there is a no roller bag policy of most any size- mainline allows suitcases - my phrase for those passengers are if there is turbulence and your bags fall out and hurt you or other passengers then you are going to blame the airline .... the problem with your flight was the staff worse case scenario should have been anyone with more than 2 item should have gate checked the 3rd item as the gate agents are instructed/ the flight attendants should have done their part and refused any oversized or extra pieces/ that lady should have not been selfish but each flight has those passengers...

I am a gate Agent I watch bags and valet tag every roller bag and overstuffed pack pack or tote bag ..

and as you have read about seating when I know ahead of time I do seat families together/ I also know that flight attendants can and should help in rearranging seating for families with small children (which I try to preboard elderly, families with small children and passengers that need a little more time to board)

Sometime before concierge key passengers... so I hope reading this we do try to board passengers as we would want to be ...
