American Airlines - Terrible customer service

They should rename their company North Korean air lines.I lost 3/4 of my luggage when I arrived to my destination.Every tome I call It is a different song and dance.I need to replace my winter clothes.I came from FL-NC-OHIO. THEY COULD CARE LESS.They said the baggage claim loss Dept. Is extremely busy.HIRE HONEST PEOPLE.DO BACK GROUND CHECKS.Stop screwing around.
