Our trip to Maui was booked in June of 2019 and we are being told we can rebook without any changes but must fly by June 2020. We had a 4 week reservation in May and June is already booked by someone else, so we will be out over $2k because Hawaii is shut down for now. If they gave us a year from when our flight was suppose to leave instead of the day we bought the tickets that would fix the problem.

American Airlines - Your mistakes
You delay my flight by a whole day , without informing me of it ! Not only did you delay my afternoon flight but you booked me for a morning flight in Which your counter opens at 7:30 there's a line extending through the airport !! You have two representatives helping this enormous line its 8:20 we have to board in the next 55 min and there's no movement in this huge line !

Delayed flight

Yes, i am still unhappy with your customer service. As I mentioned American airlines booked a connecting flight for me from Boston to NY and from NY to Toronto without thinking and giving enough time to br able to change the gate. The flight from Boston to NY landed late and that caused me missing the connecting flight from NY to Toronto. I have two yonge kids in school amd wa suposed to be in Toronto by 2 pm to pick them up from school. However the next flight they booked for my waa from NY to Chicago and from Chicago to Toronto. I arrived in Toronto by 7 30pm. As a mother who has two kids without supervision here waiting im school to be picked up I went through a lot of stress untill I found a baby sitter to come and pick them up from school and stay with them till I arrive. This situation not only affects me financially to send lyft for the baby sitter, pay her over time to pick mt kids up and order another lyft to send her home after I arrived, this also effects me emotionally and mentaly. I was crying at the airport so desperate to find a solution. I havs to admit this was the worse flight ever, and what is even worse that I wrote a complaint to AA and the answer was oh sorry we try not to do this agin. This is not a good customer service. I have decided not to fly with AA anymore, not me not any of mt friends and family members. This is ridiculous, AA doesn't care about its costumers, ita impressive how my complain got ignored in the worst way possible. Once more I would like AA to either refund my ticket or provide another complementary flight for me to keep me as a customer. I have given all the info before about the date, time, and flight number. Please let me know if you want me to provide it ince again. Thanks

Where do I start. I feel I should start by repeating the pilots quote the start of our outbound flight from Heathrow to Dallas/Fort Worth, 'we have a superior cabin crew expertly trained to look after you'. Now having flown lots this year with many airlines such as Singapore Airlines (known for quality) I was keen to experience this service. The crew were the rudest I have ever encountered not just on a flight but in my life and that is not an understatement. Firstly the crew walked into me 5 times and didn't apologize once. Next they proceeded to drag the cart up the gangway in what can only be described as a game of pinball smashing customers on the way including myself. Not impressive at all. Secondly after the meal service they crew proceeded to hide in the back away from the main cabin. I took a walk mid-flight to stretch and get some water from the back, I politely asked the lady for some water and with what can only be described as a 'loud groan' said yes like I was inconveniencing her with my request. This same manner was continued in all cabin crew on both flights with examples like saying 'beverage' abruptly rather than 'what would you like to drink'. When I asked what the meal options were I was given the option of chicken or pasta naturally I asked for more information of what was with the chicken the attendant said 'well I don't know'. It like they were trying to be unpleasant. I must add it was all awful apart from a young lady called Sydney on flight AA51 who was very professional. Lastly on flight AA90 the attendant was serving breakfast and served my row and the row next to me missed me out so when I said 'excuse me may I have something to eat' as he walked off he looked down at me and said 'oh you want something'. For a nation that is known for conducting itself with a level of excellence this was far from it. After the flight I went to Chick-fill-a to see what the fuss was about and the service was amazing. From a fast food restaurant its amazing how far a smile and please and thank you goes. I would send your staff there to learn how to serve. Kind Regards Jack Chetwood

Translation: I was an immense bore who stood in the aisle during service, affecting the experience of other passengers. "I politely asked" LOL...

You have revealed yourself and confirmed the opening sentence. People who use phrases like this are typically entitled and incredibly rude to the "help." You feel as if everyone including others on the flight is beneath your banal and lame wants.

You fill the void in your (chuckle) life by being a demanding jelly and then find yourself upset when people push back. Please stay at home and out of the way of people who want to enjoy life.

Nope, this is it. Exposing lames who for some reason post on a public message board but are amazed when the public responds in a manner that doesn't support your banal and lame narrative.
