Want to apply for credit card.

Just trying to apply for an American Airlines credit card!! Have not received an application or instructions. Seems an easy enough inquiry but did not receive what I am looking for. Electronic replies often dont cover exactly what customer is looking for. Can you help?? Thanks for anything you can to.

Its wrong that they take your money and keep it I feel if you have credit you should be able to keep it for as long as you like I booked my flight during pandemic and was not able to use it was trying to use it now called American Airlines on OCT 9th was told it expired on the 5th my ticket was 400 the person I talked to was rude about it telling me how long I had purchased the ticket never will book with American

Robbed

I bought a ticket for a job that fell through and the airline wouldnt let me change the flight or give me a credit for it so Im addition to now being jobless I am out $400 and the airline phone service couldnt have been less helpful. This is an emergency situation completely out of my control and this absolute robbery is making a mess impossible to clean up. The airline should do something to better cover in the event of emergencies

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. I followed up with an additional complaint on the American Airlines website and received an email with an apology, confirming that the credit was going to be issued.

I had booked a Basic Economy ticket through the American Airlines website/app to Orlando, FL, for Friday, August 4, 2023. After I had booked this flight, I had an appointment with my doctor, who told me that if I flew before my cancer treatment and further lab/imaging tests in December, 2023, it was going to be against his advise.

I proceeded to call American to explain the situation, but they told me that I had to submit everything online and that's what I did on Friday, June 23, 2023,Ticket number: 00123********. I sent them the ticket info along with the doctor's note, and they request was blatantly denied. I understand business is business and that the type of fare I had was not refundable, however, I do believe that this type of situations falls under one of their exceptions to the rules.

I have been an American flyer for a while, but this really broke my heart and my impression of the business. Their lack of understanding and empathy knows no limit and they have no shame.

Unable to receive credit on airline Case 733055

This past week my entire family together with my 85 yr old mother in law, Giuseppina Cugini, had planned to go to Cancun for a week. The night before the trip, our plans drastically changed because my dad was given 2-5 days left to live (he did by the way pass on Tuesday).

We all cancelled the trip including Giuseppina. For some reason my mother-in-law's ticket was purchased as a non refundable ticket (purely by mistake) Ticket number 00124********. Looks like we will all get our money refunded except her. She is 85, needs assistance and not able to travel alone and may never have that opportunity to travel by air again.

I asked for a refund given the circumstances and was denied. Case ID 733055

Delayed baggage

My bags were delayed due to lack of time to transfer baggage to connecting flight. My bags were delivered to my hotel with no damage at all. American Airlines did a great job getting me my bags except that no one had to sign for them. They were just left at the front desk at 3:05 am and then were misplaced by hotel staff. I finally got them after much aggravation. The bag should have been delivered with a signature. The contents ecceeded $3000 in property and I would have had no clothes, shoes, toiletries and important medication.

Check bag cost

I am so sorry! Its not your fault!

It originally started with just fly booking my ticket wrong! Then as I arrived to the Fayetteville Airport that Sunday an hour early as normally. Nobody came to the ticket both to check in my checked baggage so that I could clear security. So I called the help line while waiting to found out what was going on!

Eventually I went upstairs to check an see if there was anyway someone from NSA could help me but they said no it was to late. They said they had limited people to handle all areas an that I missed the chance to fly. As I explained the issue an that I needed to catch my flight they said I should have been there on time? When I was there before time!

The airport personnel were actually *** poor and unprofessional. I had other individuals coming in complain they had the same issue an even had lost baggage.

From now on I Will fly from Florence airport verse Fayetteville. Id rather drive a extra mile rather deal with *** poor personnel an poor management

I had a plastic Ziploc bag full of my loose change and when I got home I got the flu so I didnt get to open my luggage until Sunday, December 17 and thats when I know my bag with my loose change was missing

The head rest piece was broken and the nails are sticking out I couldnt sleep and few times that my head hit against pocking nail and hurt me a lot The American Express is offering me $100 this must be a joke If I take the case to court just the attorney fee will be more than $1000 This is not acceptable I do t like to travel with American Express I agree to settle this case for $1000 check to me Not a voucher and not a credit Please let me know asap your decision Thank you Nemi rahmany

Amount of inconvenience, frustration & the issue of sitting almost all day!

Too many delays and time changes.We had to fly into Oklahoma City & sat on the run way over an hour. I missed all the flights!

Ended up having to stay I Oklahoma City. AA provided vouchers. I sat in the plane ALL day waiting for different AA issues! Flights changed several times!

We finally got checked in @ The Wyndham Gardens after midnight! Im totally worn out!! Im 73yrs and in poor health.

Ill say a positive the flight attendants went above and beyond their patience & professionalism! The ground attendants were very professional, knowledgeable and efficient and was able to provide excellent customer service!

I haven’t been successful in getting a refund request through when going to the site, it just takes me back to original site. I paid for an upgrade but due to delay on AA part I want a refund!

Afternoon Flight coming into Missoula, Mt from Dallas on December 9th was delayed not by weather, Missoula to Dallas flight was late had to take later flight to Austin and was in a middle seat in the back of the plane not still I preferred seating as I was told I still would be by an AA agent. I want a refund.

Cancelling flight. Speak with agent

I want to speak to an agent and this wont allow me to. I went to Virginia to see my daughter for the holidays with plan for my son and I to fly out Sunday am to Florida returning on the 6th. My mom was hospitalized and was placed on hospice care yesterday afternoon. We have rented a car and are heading back to Ct. Ive cancelled both mine and my son Paul Tines flights.
