American Airlines in Northeast Dallas, Texas - Inferno

We sat at the gate for 1.5 hours Sunday June 23 flight 1211 Dallas to New Orleans after already being 2 hours late .The plane was an inferno---no air conditioning ---only hot air through the vents ---in 97 degree heat . Babies were screaming endlessly. I do not understand why we could not go back in the terminal which we were still connected .In this age of advanced technology why no portable air conditioner was connected to our plane

American Airlines in Queens, New York - Flight attendant was very rude

On June 6, 2019 I was traveling to Cleveland on flight number AA3521. I asked the flight attendant for water so I can take a pill for a condition that I am having. she ignored me completely. I asked her if she heard me and with a bad attitude responded yes I heard you. If that was the case she shouldn't keep walking when I asked her for water. Never gave me the water just to do it on purpose. couldn't see her name and she didn't want to give it to me either.

It has always been the case---and even more nowadays---to allow much more time during all phases of your flight schedules, especially between connecting flights. Most flights are solidly-booked and with the angst of encountering TSA nonsense alot of time is needed before you ever get on the plane.

That's just the way it is but I can tell you one thing and that is you will look back on this whole experience and, perhaps not laugh but realize you made it eventually and it won't be as bad as it was when it was happening. "Time heals all wounds" as the saying goes.

I was aware of this situation. This poor sweet woman was knocked down and suffered terribly.

AA needs to step up to the plate and do what’s right.
