Lost my phone because of a raggedy plane

On a flight to Rio de Janeiro my phone fell from my lap.i was in the seat with two other people so I couldn't retrieve it! After we landed i looked down and saw there was an hole in the area. I was trying to explain what happened to the flight attendant but he all but kicked me off the plane I finally talked to someone with a find my phone app and they verified that my phone was still on the plane.they got my information and assured me that they would get the phone to me. Couldn’t finish my request

In a previous call around the weekend of black Friday, when I booked the trip, I called and asked the customer service lady to add our baby on lap to the trip. The lady said she did.

I found out this morning that she didnt. So I called again and this time the customer service agent asked me for my credit card details to pay the taxes for our baby, which I did. The agent told me my credit card was declined which I find crazy since I have no outstanding bookings so I have full room for making payments.. The agent did add our baby to the booking but we still have to pay the taxes at the check-in.

When I found out our baby was not added to the booking I stressed due to the fact that we fly out tomorrow. Also, I remember the taxes were much lower, around 130 and now its around 230.

Update: I had to call again because I needed to pay the taxes before check-in. This time my credit card was not declined.

The third agent I spoke with asked me a lot of questions that the previous agent did not. The previous agent seemed very uninterested and didnt help at all and he was a bit rude.

I requested a wheelchair at DFW. When arrived I asked befor getingvoff the lane at the door, if ter wsa wheelchair for me.

I wctold onecI got off the plane, there will be one waiting for me. Know onevever showed up. I as in a lot of pain, started trying to walk and some one stoped to help. She stopped a worker who was coming toward us with a wheelchair and askedcifvhe could help me, he said he work for another airline and was going to pick up another customer.

Later she found some other worker to help, it was not AA. I was so disappointed in the help of AA staff. My luggage got lost and was told that they will contact me once they receive my luggage. I was never contacted until I went back to Seattle Airport to see were my luggage were.

I had to wait thirty minutes due the worker was late for work which made me paid more for parking. After all of my stress and disappointment wiith AA.

Later I ws told that it wa delivered to my hotel and know called to inform me of anything. Very upset with AA customer service support.

I worked with 1/2 dozen numbers trying to reach someone to help me with my statement! Finally I reached Beth in Missouri! She is awesome and helpful with all my needs! With several numbers, they were hawking med alert And something about my Medicare cards! I had to refuse and asked to be transferred to my card statement!

Cancelling flights with no notice

I bought 2 tickets last April for a November trip. So far so good, I thought. 2 days before leaving home, my husband called the company to verify about our tickets. Guess what? AA cancelled/suppressed flights for our date in September with no notice. I had bought a 3.5 hrs flight back home to Florida. AA refused to put us on the only Air France flight that was leaving the next day pretending they couldn't do it. To be avoided at all price.

Dear American Airlines Customer Service,

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration regarding my recent experience with American Airlines. My flight, which was supposed to be a smooth and stress-free journey, turned into a nightmare due to a series of issues that reflect a severe lack of organization and customer care.

First and foremost, I want to address the significant problem of insufficient staff at the airport.

There was a noticeable shortage of personnel, leading to unacceptable delays and a serious lack of wheelchair assistance. Despite requesting assistance in advance, I had to wait for 30 minutes, causing a significant delay and nearly causing me to miss my flight.

Moreover, the wheelchair assistance provided was far from adequate. Two hearing-impaired passenger traveling with other other was paired with me because the airlines was short handed. I expected American Airlines to assist us effectively.

However, the responsibility was unjustly placed on me to guide the fellow travelers while I was being wheeled to board the plane. This situation not only put us in a vulnerable position but also highlighted the airline's lack of consideration for passengers with disabilities.

I am deeply disappointed by this experience, as it not only caused inconvenience but also left us all feeling neglected and frustrated. I urge American Airlines to take immediate action to rectify these issues and ensure that such situations do not occur in the future.

Passengers with disabilities deserve respect, dignity, and assistance that meets their needs.

I kindly request a prompt response addressing the actions American Airlines intends to take to prevent such incidents from happening again. Your attention to this matter is crucial to ensuring the safety, comfort, and overall satisfaction of all passengers.

I paid for seats on an American Airlines. Im traveling with someone who is afraid of flying and this was a requirement for me.. so I paid extra for seats together. The flight was moved to JetBlue and they didnt transfer my seats. I didnt even get a refund. I had to call JetBlue and beg for two seats together. Best part I had to pay for the seats ($100 each). I will NEVER advocate for the company. Im going to the better business bureau and youre giving my money back.

Preferred solution: An apology, seat money form American and jet blue refunded. Bonus miles for my trouble would be nice, but I’m not counting on it.
