American Airlines won't answer complaint

American Airlines complaint by Namrehs300
I wrote AA with a minor complaint regarding a problem they had with their website. I also told them how shabby their planes had become and the constant broken seats, traytables, etc. I had put up with in the past several flights.

I asked them to reimburse me for some AAdvantage miles in consideration of the trouble they had caused.

Several months after I sent the letter to their customer service department, they sent a postcard thanking me for writing and promising they would look into it and that they would be in contact.

It's now been 9 months since my letter and, other than the postcard, they've done nothing.
