American Airlines the worse service ever!

I travel to Peru with my best friend few weeks ago,we decide to take American Airlines ,because AA stops in Miami instead of any other country when we fear our lugage will be lost.The first sign of trouble was our sits ,this AA sits are super tiny they look like they cut them to add more sits in the plane,even though we had our prior assigned sits, the day of our trip these were not available to us. I am a very tall lady so I asked in advance for the exit row these have more leg room,misteriosly the sits were assing to a guy and not offense intented here he was about 4 feet tall and overweight, we just wonder how he will be able to open that exit window during an emergency.
No way to ask anyone for help this fly was overbooked and my friend have to sit far away from each other during a fly NY-Peru( about 12 hours).
At the time of *** surprisse a delate the plane have troubles no way to *** so,we lost our conection in Miami and we leave NY a 6 pm instead of 8am.
No apology from AA,. We then took another overbooked fly,around 6 pm were I sit in a row with 3 small sits just bihind a wall with no leg room and a woman with a 3 year old crying child on her lap and another lady all 4 of us in this tiny space, was so ridiculous and painful my back and legs arms all my body was inso much pain(still is) and this 3 year old baby crying for hours and hours. Her mom put the baby to sleep on the floor right in front of our feet and the fly attendands did not say one word to the mom, this baby was under my boots! ,it was the worse fly of my live!
We lost 2 days of our vacation no apology and comming back it was just the same desorganization, small sits ,overbooked fly no leg room, no decent food and the fly attendands are more preocupated with selling the drinks and juices that taking care of the passengers.
Never again I will use American Airlines it a total joke! and waste of money.

AA has the worst customer service, I got a Sindy Jacom that thinks customer service is shouting to the customers

Last time that I flied throguh AA, just before the takeoff the pilot says: We have a trouble with the engine, lets hope we are going to make it to our destination.
Are you kidding me?!?!!! I wanted to get off the plane.
And when the return came, the flight was cancelled, they offered us 1st class instead for the next morning. guess what?? the 1st class was already full!
